During recreation and swimming I decided to spend my time swimming. When we were swimming Zoe and I did the titanic. We had the choice to go on the fast monorail, but I wanted to stay at the pools.Before I went swimming I played so e rugby for my first time. Seeing a basketball in the middle of the outside court was hard to say no. I decided to be a loner and shot some hops by myself. I played basketball for like twenty minutes until I went in the pool.

What was the strategy/knowledge that you were learning?

The strategy/knowledge I used was...knowing groups to 20, 50, 100

How well did you use the strategy/knowledge? Give an example

I used the strategy…well because I...knew how to group tens and hundreds fast.

What challenges/ mistakes helped you with this new strategy/knowledge?

The challenge/mistake I made was when I … I thought that I could just copy the numbers down e.g. 7 hundreds 9 ones and 3 tens = 793 when really the answer was 739
so I had to redo the whole sheet.

This helped me because.. Now I know to read the words not just the numbers and also to
re-read just incase the answer got mixed up.

It is important to comment on people's blogs because if they need feedback or to make them proud of themselves.

The first step in giving feedback is to tell the blogger something you like bout your blog.

Why is it important to follow this step (in green)?

It is important to follow this step because they can feel proud of themselves and know what to work on.

Do I have to use this every time?

Definitely yes!

What are the SECOND two options in giving feedback (both in orange)?

The second options to giving feedback are ask the blogger a question? and give a positive suggestion?

Why is it important to follow these steps?

It is important to follow these steps because it can help you make people know what to work on and make them happy

Do I have to do both? No, I must choose between asking a question or giving the blogger a positive
suggestion.
